The 2009 Annual General Meeting of the Nepean Hotspurs Soccer Club will be held;

All members are invited to attend. Members include:
- All those registered with the Ontario Soccer Association through the Club for the 2010 outdoor or 2010-11 indoor playing season (coaches, assistant coaches, administrators, and players);
- Parents (or legal guardians) of registered players from the 2010 outdoor or the 2010-11 indoor playing season;
- Directors of the Nepean Hotspurs Soccer Club;
- Honorary Members; and
- Life members.
Who may Vote - Regular Members of the Nepean Hotspurs Soccer Club, aged 16 or older. A Regular Member is defined as a:
* registered player
* registered Club coach
* registered Club game official or
* registered Club administrator
A parent/guardian of a Regular Member who is aged 15 and under may vote on their behalf.
Honorary and Life Members cannot vote.
