In accordance with the NHSC Constitution,  Article 5(c) The Board of Directors may designate an individual as a Life Member.  A life Member is afforded all rights of membership, including the right to attend and speak at Members' meetings, but is not entitled to vote.

Vince Licandro - Life Member

On December 2, 2007 the Board of Directors awarded the first Life Membership to Vincent (Vince) Licandro.  Vince recently retired as a Hotspurs coach after many successful years.   Vince has served the Club for more than 25 years as a volunteer, coach, Director and is a past-president.
