Overview

The Nepean Hotspurs Soccer Club is a “Not for Profit” organization which relies on sponsorships to help it offer the best programs it can to its 2000 members.

Sponsorships enable the Club to hold the line on registration and other program fees. It also enables the Club to provide better training, facilities, equipment and support for our members.

Club Sponsorship and Advertising Guidelines

1) Competitive Program

a) Complete Program Uniform – logo on front of jersey – (40 teams) - $80,000
b) Single Team – large logo or name on front of jersey - $2000
c) Single Team – large logo or name on back of jersey - $1000
d) Single Team – logo on uniform sleeve - $500

2) Recreational Program

a) Complete Program Uniform – logo on front of jersey – (50 teams) – $20,000

3) Let the Kids Play Program Sponsorship

a) Complete program - $200 per team
b) Single Team - $250 per team

4) Top Gun Program Sponsorship

a) Complete program - $225 per team (18 teams) - $4,000
b) Single Team - $275 per team

5) Coaches Development Program Sponsorship

a) Coaches manuals, shirts, clinics - $1,500 per Season

6) Indoor Development Program

a) Complete Program - $10 per participant (400 participants) - $4,000

7) Summer Camps - $3,000

a) Camp brochure advertising
b) Website Camp Advertising
c) Camp T-shirt logo exposure (back)
d) Newspaper logo exposure Camp Ads (minimum 5 weeks)
e) Banner advertising (4’x 8’ banner supplied by sponsor)

8) Friendship Tournament Sponsorship - $2,000

a) Tournament brochure advertising - $500
b) Website Advertising - $500
c) Volunteer T-shirt logo exposure (back) - $200
d) Newspaper logo exposure Tournament Ads (minimum 5 weeks) - $500
e) Banner advertising (4’x 8’ banner supplied by sponsor) - $300

9) End of season Festival of Soccer Sponsorship (1 day) - $1,000

b) Volunteer T-shirt Logo exposure (back) - $500

10) Club Practice T-shirt logo exposure (500 units) - $1,500

12) Annual Club Banquet and Awards Ceremony - $1,000

c) Slide show 1 minute spot, 10 times - $300
