If your club or team is interested in taking part in this tournament, you can register on-line. The entry fee can be paid on-line, by cheque, money order, or by debit/credit at the Club Office.


Register On-line

Entry fees, cheque or money order, of $325 (U9-U11), $385 (U12-U18) per team should be made payable to "Nepean Hotspurs Soccer Club". The closing date for applications is May 15, 2010. Teams withdrawing before midnight, June 1, 2010 will forfeit half of their entry fee. Teams will forfeit the entire entry fee if they withdraw after Midnight, June 1, 2010. Cheques or money orders must be dated no later than May 15, 2010. In the event that the tournament is cancelled in its entirety, the Nepean Hotspurs will refund each team its entry fee.

Hudson Travel Group is the exclusive travel partner for our annual tournament. Effectively immediately, one of the criteria of acceptance into our tournament will be that your hotel accommodations have been secured through Hudson Travel Group.
