Please ensure all documentation is in order. You must present:
- Approved Application to Travel for all teams traveling from outside the Eastern Ontario District Soccer Association.
- Player registration cards and official Team Roster Report or Player Registration Books, complete with pictures, names, registration number and birth year, issued by the team's governing body Registrar. Please ensure these are at the field for all games as random card checks will be conducted. In addition, card checks will be conducted prior to the first game of the day and prior to all finals.
- Temporary Registration permit and Player Identification Book or Card for any guest players from another Club
- Completed Game sheets. Please bring 8 copies. You will need 5 or 6 for tournament play, one for a spare and one for the Tournament records. The game number is available on the tournament schedule. (form.pdf)

The Nepean Hotspurs are proud to be hosting the Under 16 Division of the prestigious National Capital Invitational Girls Soccer Tournament.
Our Under 16 Hotspurs Lightning Team is looking forward to the opportunity to defend their title. The ladies won the Under 15 Division of the NCIGST in 2009 against fierce competition from the Gloucester Hornets and the London Meteors.
The Lightning will be playing in the Ontario Youth Soccer League (OYSL) in the U16 Division in 2010.
In 2009 the girls had a record of 8-2-6 finishing fifth overall in the Under 15 Division of the OYSL.
The girls were also semi-finalists in the 2009 Outdoor Ontario Cup.
